How Can Osteopathy Help You?
Osteopathy is a hands-on approach to aches and pains.
From back pain, neck pain and sciatica to postural pain, arthritis and headaches, if you’re looking for a healthcare professional who listens to your needs, looks at the body as a whole and explains everything to you every step of the way, you’ll love what osteopathy can do for you.
What to expect when visiting us for the first time
Osteopathy is all about getting you back to doing what you love. So, when you visit The Dog Osteo for the first time, you’ll be greeted by our osteopath, Rachel Mahoney.
Rachel is an experienced osteopath in Bowral. The first step will be to listen to you and ask questions about:
- What’s happened
- How long you’ve had the issue
- Other past medical history
This, along with a physical assessment, is so we can narrow down the possible caused.
You’ll finish your first session with us with an understanding of the problem, a tailored treatment plan and, if we have time, some treatment and exercises too.
